Behavioral Health & Well-Being

Mental and emotional wellbeing is essential to overall health, and behavioral health focuses on how habits affect overall physical and mental well-being. It is inclusive, incorporating common challenges that people face, like: depression and anxiety; weight loss; smoking cessation, and substance abuse. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

This data highlights where we can most effectively focus our efforts.
